A Garden Party

I used the art of disguise to try and hide our eyesore of a shed...

He power washed everything...including the kitchen sink of the little one's playhouse!
Set up the tables and chairs...
brought out the daybed and benches. (There's the wooden tool box we bought at Tipton.)
Foo fooed and fussed, weeded and watered...

All for our little bird...here surveying her garden with Grandma.  It was hot and happy...friends and family...no singing...as requested by the guest of honor.  The party wrapped up with a good sprinkling of Auntie Penny by the little one with the garden hose.  It felt great, but not as good as when she fell asleep in my arms...a very tired little girl and one year older.
