Yep, today is the day to plant my wheat grass. It's become a family tradition. Even my brothers get a kick out of this little patch of green for Easter. I line a basket with a garbage bag, fill with potting soil, cover the soil completely with wheat grass seed, (available at Whole Foods, less than a dollar a pound) and keep moist and covered with plastic wrap till the seeds sprout, usually in three days. Then stand back and watch it grow!
