The Garden's Last Flower

Survivors of the frost and cold,
they wave their colorful blooms
like banners of victory
reminding us of friends
who weather the years,
flying flags of cheer.

I Spy . . . and like the bird nest in the corner of the arbor. It is fun to find one last flower, just hanging on, isn't it? Looks like a hosta flower?
